  • Advice to a European supplier of specialized metal parts to a subcontractor of Boeing for use in airplane manufacturing.
  • Contract with a major U.S. auto manufacturer to supply engines and transmission systems to the Vehicle Production Group, a specialty auto manufacturer producing vehicles adapted to handicap persons
  • Cement supply agreements from Titan America LLC to customers and numerous limestone, aggregate and other materials supply agreements to Titan America LLC
  • Coal, natural gas and fuel oil supply agreements for power plants
  • Feedstock supply agreements for biomass power plants and synthetic fuel facilities
  • Supply of auto parts to a subcontractor of major U.S. auto manufacturers
  • Turbine supply agreements for wind power plants and module supply agreements for solar power plants
  • Equipment supply agreements for thermal power plants

Energy and Commodities Trading

  • Solar Renewable Energy Credit (SREC) purchase and sale agreements on behalf of Con Edison Energy and major bank counterparties
  • Electricity and other energy trading agreements on ISDA, NAESB and EEI forms between energy trading companies and utility, trader and financial counterparties.

Throughput Agreements

  • A throughput agreement for grey Portland cement transiting a terminal facility in Port Newark
  • A services agreement at the Port of Norfolk, Virginia where a terminal operator would provide bulk cement ship unloading, storage and reloading services

Distribution agreements;

  • A model distribution agreement for a U.S. manufacturer
  • An agreement for a Panamanian distributor to sell fly ash and other products from a U.S. company for use in the Panama canal expansion project
  • Restructuring of distribution agreements for on-site energy efficiency products in connection with an acquisition of the distributor
  • On behalf of a new distributor, an agreement with a manufacturer to distribute lighting products
  • Territorial distribution agreements for a New York State based manufacturer of industrial tools

Sales agent and sales representative agreements;

  • Established model sale representative agreements for foreign sales for a Pennsylvania based specialty steel manufacturer (mill rolls, ingots, billets, forgings, castings).
  • Sales Representative Agreement for a Maryland based seller of lines of branded apparel
